And the story does get dark but still remains humorous which I enjoy. The play style is different though as the main character has many different forms he can take that allows you to interact with the world differently and find new things constantly. I definitely think it’s worth the money and the time spent on it and it’s something I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Earthbound due to the similar humor. JatPM is taking me a lot longer tho (Lisa: The Painful took me about 10 hours while I’ve almost clocked in 20-25 to JatPM) since there’s so much to explore and do. And I’m currently in the middle of Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass and I love it too! ![]() There’s a lot of funny moments to balance it out before it makes ya sob. It gets really dark at times but it’s so good. I’ve played through the Lisa series and two fan games and absolutely adored it.
